Welcome to JK Safety Nets. By accessing our website (jksafetynets.online) or booking our installation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. General Overview

JK Safety Nets provides professional installation of pigeon safety nets, invisible grills, balcony netting, and ceiling cloth hangers. Our corporate headquarters is located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

2. Quotations and Pricing

• All quotes provided over the phone or WhatsApp are estimates based on dimensions provided by the customer.
• Final pricing is determined only after a physical site inspection by our authorized technicians.
• Prices are calculated based on the total square footage (sq.ft) of the area covered and the specific material grade chosen.
• Quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.

3. Installation and Site Access

• The customer must ensure that the installation site is accessible and cleared of major obstacles on the scheduled date.
• Society Permissions: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to obtain any necessary approvals or permissions from their building society or landlord prior to drilling or installation. JK Safety Nets will not be held liable for any disputes arising from society rules.
• While our team exercises utmost care, minor dust and debris are inevitable during drilling. Our team will perform a basic clean-up post-installation.

4. Warranty Terms

We provide a standard 5-Year warranty on our materials and installation structural integrity, subject to the following conditions:

• The warranty covers natural material degradation (sun rotting) and hardware failures (hooks coming loose).
• Void Conditions: The warranty is immediately void if the nets or grills are intentionally cut with scissors, knives, or wire cutters; burned; or damaged due to civil/painting work done by third parties after our installation.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by severe natural disasters (e.g., cyclones, earthquakes) or extreme physical force.

5. Payments and Cancellations

• An advance payment may be required for large commercial projects or custom-sized invisible grill orders.
• Full payment is due immediately upon the successful completion of the installation.
• Customers may reschedule an installation up to 24 hours prior to the appointment without penalty.

6. Liability & Indemnity

JK Safety Nets takes all necessary precautions during installation. However, we shall not be held liable for any pre-existing structural weaknesses in your property’s walls or masonry that may cause plaster to chip during the standard drilling process. Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the services provided.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
